We can now do infrared camera inspections with our state of the art infrared imaging camera. Infrared technology can be used to find thermal anomalies that can indicate water leaks, missing insulation and energy inefficiencies in homes.

Mold can be present in any home. During the home inspection, we look for and report on the root cause of mold; Moisture!
If moisture or water problems are present, we report them on the Home Inspection Report regardless if mold has yet formed or not.
We also offer:
1. Indoor Air Quality testing – This test involves a walk through of your the home to determine possible air quality concerns. During the assessment, we will discuss the pros and cons of drawing samples and recommend specific areas of concern. We will then take one or more air samples from one or more rooms in the home as well as one outside sample for control purposes. The samples will then be sent to an accredited laboratory for examination. Finally, a detailed report of the lab findings will be provided.
2. Surface Mold sampling – This test involves an initial walk through the home to access problem areas followed by retrieval of mold samples from one or more areas in the home. The samples will then be sent to an accredited laboratory for examination. Finally, a detailed report of the lab findings will be provided.
